Warranty eligibility depends on the product and the manufacturer’s terms. Contact us with your order number, part number, proof of purchase and a description of the problem before returning a part.

Supplier warranties that apply only to direct purchases do not automatically extend to purchases from Hardware Shop. Any available coverage must be confirmed for the specific product.

We can help check any applicable manufacturer coverage and provide instructions after review. Do not assume a warranty duration unless it is stated for the specific product. Improper installation, misuse, accidental damage and ordinary wear may fall outside manufacturer coverage.

For items delivered damaged or defective, see our Shipping & Returns policy. Any shipping charges for a warranty claim will be explained before you proceed.
